Wael is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). fueled by passion and dedication in the realm of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Wael's expertise is a culmination of academic excellence and hands-on experience. He earned his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the esteemed Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in psychological counseling from Damascus University. With over 15 years of immersive involvement in behavioral sciences, Wael has honed his skills as both a Behavior Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor, shaping the landscape of developmental intervention. Wael specializes in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays, spanning a broad age spectrum from early intervention to adults. His proficiency extends to the Verbal Behavior approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), social skills programs, vocational and pre-vocational programs. offering tailored interventions that foster holistic growth and independence. His impact extends beyond clinical practice; Wael has spearheaded numerous training initiatives targeting therapists, parents, educators, and inclusion department leaders. Through collaborative efforts with school inclusion departments, he has championed the seamless integration of children with ASD into mainstream educational settings, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
